Return and Exchange Policy

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We recommend that customers carefully review their order details before submitting. Orders placed with Lux Hair Beauty Galore are eligible for store credit within 15 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original condition. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, only for store credit.
